SPOTLIGHTTM illuminates a wide spectrum of therapeutic targets ranging from protein-protein complexes, nucleic acid-protein complexes, to membrane proteins.
SPOTLIGHTTM is a proprietary AI- and cryo-EM-based approach that evaluates and ranks hundreds of predicted protein-protein interactions. We use SPOTLIGHTTM to identify and structurally validate a continuous stream of druggable target-protein interactions.
From these interactions, SPOTLIGHTTM prioritizes key transient protein interactions for cryo-EM, ranking those candidates with the highest confidence for high-resolution structure design based on transient interface strength, confidence of structure, and potential druggability.
Structural predictions can also identify previously uncharacterized transient protein interactions, expanding the scope of what is possible for investigation and therapeutic development.
